Hey guys I'm new to the site and just got back lifting after about a 2yr break (hand surgery) and trying meet some good people and find a legit place to get some gear from.

Yeah it was a mistake I made being new and ignorant , there is a lotta useful information here and and I'm a fast learner.thanks for good advice Big_paul
