Hello,
I found this forum from a female anavar log that I found quite helpful. I am female, 28, 5'3" and about 125lbs. I have been lifting on and off for a few years but cycling is my primary sport. I also run and swim. I'm looking to build strength and endurance to get faster on the bike. I'm all about track cyclist thighs. I also need to build upper body strength as I have neglected my upper body. Currently lifting about 3 times a week. I bike between 4-12 miles a day(commuting) with long rides about twice a week around 30-40 miles. I haven't been running as much because I've had some sciatic pain.
I am currently on day 15 of an anavar cycle, first 14 days were 5mg and now I'm up to 10mg split morning and night. Overall no side effects except insomnia. I haven't heard much about insomnia but I normally sleep easily. Yesterday I biked 32 miles and still couldn't fall asleep at night.
Perks: I definitely am lifting heavier but I don't want to take it to far too fast. Endurance is up for sure and I feel like I can lift much longer. I already can see my stomach slimming down but no other areas.
Anyway, I think that's enough for now.
