A friend of mine recently suggested that trt completely changed his life, habits and health, then adding in some serious training and the change is phenomenal, different person.
I've been brushing up briefly on taking testosterone and plan to start a cycle shortly, along with taking the step to train at the gym myself seriously for the first time at a ripe 38 years old.Me and my Mrs have recently discovered peptides and have had good experience in researching them.
I'm in the UK not sure if this forum has much UK chat or not but I guess the information is pretty much universal. For now I'm just here to browse and ask any questions about starting testosterone.

Hey UK guy here.. Look I wouldn't step into the gym when you start gear, you need time to train and mature in the gym first, build a nice base to fall back on..

If your blood work tells you that you are in need of TRT then your doctor will guide you in the right direction.. Then obviously ask on here for tips etc.

Is your friend self medicating his TRT or is this through NHS? I know myself its hard to get TRT on NHS only reason I ask.

Why don't you "brush up" on the rules? Go to the new member thread and properly introduce yourself as is proper protocol around meso RX for new members , thank you and have a grateful day.

Yes, I actually changed my mind and will get private blood work done asap, as I don't think I'll qualify for it with NHS, and the time frame I'll be waiting will be another year before I start new health routine! Yes I probably should get a good base in the gym first rightly, I've always found it hard to gain weight though with previous tries so I think I do want something to help with that.
Yes my friend did come up with low testosterone so his journey started with NHS.
