NEW YORK blood test - possible without doctors note?

Im looking at labs in new York state and Im seeing lots that say services cant be provided there.

Is it possible to do a walkin for blood in NY at all?

No not possible without a doctors note your other option would be to use labsmd and drive to new Hampshire

Connecticut is closer, depending on where in the state you are.

I read a thread somewhere, may be here on meso, suggesting order the blood work with a prepaid debit/gift card. And then showing up on test day with passport as ID. And some that say ID wasn't even asked for at the lab.
