Hello im a 26 yo moderately active greek guy, That just started back the gym about a week ago. Im 6'2 215 bmi unknown , I used to work out in the past but had trouble cutting! I put size on but no cut's! I know this is a stupid question but what am i doing wrong? Should i be doing High reps low weight? or boosting up my cardio intake? Im on a very healthy & clean diet so i cannot change that..The reason I'm so concerned is i just picked up my gear this am ....D-bal Sustanon & Decca. I think my weight is ideal for my height i just don't want to look like i have big arms and chest but with no cuts..Any advice with help!
