I posted in Steroid section as well. Probably really belongs here. Thanks

Im 38 y/o 5'11 186lb and 14% BF. Lifting for last 6/7 years no real results. Talked to other people and trainers and started to be really on when it comes to lifts and diet for the last 2year. Never did any steroid or anything b4.
Have seen only minimal gains 4 lbsish of muscle in two years.

Doc just put me on TRT. levels were 250ish and free test only 40. Hopefully this explains the symptoms and the real lack of results in the gym. Been real hard to even gain that tiny bit.

So he's got me on Test Cyp 200mg every two weeks. I feel like I want to add to this. I believe the dosage he's got me on will get me into the low side of the normal range. Want to add more Test Cyp (I want to add the same so if there are any complications its easily explainable)

Any suggestions on:
1. how much to add how often
2. Should it be Test Cyp that I add? like I wrote I want any complications easily explained and I don't want a weird blood test.
3. Affects on blood test Ill be taking blood test every 8/10 weeks Don't want to blood to show too high levels of test do I reduce 2 week b4 test???
4. Where to get? start looking in forum???

Thanks for any insight and tips hopefully on my way to ending this struggle of 0 results

1. This can't be definitively answered until you've established a baseline. You need to see how you react to the dose you're on now.
2. Using the cyp ester would be wise for the sake of consistency.
3. Refer to answer 1. That would be dose dependent.
4. This is where you went wrong. If anyone has sent you a message saying they are able to hook you up, I would delete it. Check the underground. There are some legitimate sources here that have been vetted. Some private, some not. You're going to have to put in time here and figure out which one to go with.

Welcome and good luck.

Thanks. Like I wrote I posted in steroid forum as well and it all seems to come back to your points above. Just wait to get my baseline from the low prescribed dose from the doc n go from there. Just sucks because after training really hard for years find out major obstacle probably always was low test. And now I have to spend next 2 months waiting to do new blood which will probably put me at low slightly higher T but nothing even near mid average. Almost crushes my motivation. Oh well I did gain 5lbs on deadlifts this morning. Just keeps king tiny tiny gains for now.

It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. It should be motivating knowing the reason why your gains have been stalled thus far. What's a couple weeks gonna set you back? You're better off doing it right instead of rushing into it.

As I was typing was thinking same thing. Just a little more challenging each morning at 430am hitting gym hard knowing my gains are stalled and not because of effort. Just gotta keep my head in good space about it. Thanks.
