i signed up here years ago (i think or so it seems) when i was doing internet searches and a lot of answers were on here... never got too active, but i think i'm gonna try it out for real this time...lol
i've been on a couple of private forums and been at this game for about 5-6 years now (46 years old).. still learning. currently weigh in about 200lbs .. fairly lean.. don't really know what my bodyfat actually is.
just trying to be slightly jacked and tan and stay as healthy as possible... my goals for now.
i read most of the thread on Phurious Pharm because a guy i know from another board (Odie) was on there and i realized i liked the uncensored nature of meso... so here we go!
