hello everyone, I am new to the site. Browsing over the forums for a couple days and realizing there is some great info here, led me to join.
I am 43 and at 5'8", I weigh 190 lbs at 15%. I have been lifting 5 times per week for 3 years.
My diet is currently eggs, oatmeal, chicken, broccoli, steak and potatoes.
I supplement with protein powder, creatine, PWO, glutamine.
Currently on TRT for almost 2 years.
Have an idea to cut down to 10% then do a cycle of testosterone to put on max muscle.
Here I hope to learn from others experiences and use that to help decide what will work best for me.
