Good evening fellow meso bros, I guess, I got so caught up in reading the boards, I forgot to introduce myself, I'm 53 going on 25 6 ft 249 lbs been lifting for about 25 years off, and on, never been a real big fan of message boards up until the past year, as I have gotten older, I have seen the need to change things I have been doing, and to start doing things better, recent blood work, and bunk gear have really brought things to light for me, and to see how the other half lives on these boards is truly amazing, very educated, and dedicated bros here, not that I've done things totally wrong, but definitely room for improvement, and safer ways of doing things, from cycles to pct, bloods etc never did a whole lot of research on cycles just did any, and everything that came though the gym lol
just got back in the gym this year after a couple year layoff from back surgery, and am getting back into shape rather nicely, at a good pace, not to win any contests but just to stay healthy with a good libido, anyhow I've enjoyed the research, and little knowledge I've gained so far from lurking around, and look forward to becoming a contributing member here with you all, so happy to be here, keep your board the way it is, its a no nonsense, great learning experience, and sometimes fun board to be on thanks Jake
