Newbie here, first post at MESO-Rx!!! (Cycle Questions)

Hey all, this is my first post here on the forum. I'm 5'11", 165 lbs. I have never used steroids before so this is my first time. I am wanting some help in figuring out the best cycle for me. I have a 10ml vial of Deca 300 made by QV and 100 25mg tabs of D-bol made by OEFFLER I believe is the name. It's reforvit simple. Anyways, any suggestions would be appreciated. From what I've learned so far, i should do an 8-10 week cycle of 300-400 mg per week of deca and as for the dbol, strech it out for about 7 weeks, 12.5 mg/day for first week, 25mg day for next 2 weeks, 50mg/day for two weeks, back down to 25mg/day for 1 week then 12.5mg/day for 7th week. How's that sound to you guys? Any help would be great as I am totally new to this. Thanks.
 
Hey bro I'm assuming you want to bulk up being only 165, you have the soup and salad with dbol and deca but you are forgetting the main course.....TEST, TEST, TEST!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest a small, simple cycle for your first time. 10 week cycle 500mgs of enanthate or cypionate, 40mgs or so per day dbol for the first 3-4 weeks, and deca about 300mgs per week. Don't forget your post cycle therapy. If you need a hook up I can point you in the right direction. just PM me. Bj

Ok, lets not put the cart before the horse here. First off, I personally think you can still pack on some more natural (stronger) muscle before you jump into gear. Just because you have it on hand doesn't mean you HAVE to do it. Post a sample of what you plan on eating and what your training routine is going to look like. Thats the real meat and potatoes of the game bro, the gear is the dessert. Also, how old are you? In closing, I would say that nothing you have on hand should be used for your first cycle. When it's time, and I'm not saying it isn't, you should run a Test only cycle. The benefits are you get to see how your body responds to it. Say you get some weird side effects, its alot better to know that it was from one compound instead of several. Just my .02

READ PHREEZERS CYCLE FAQ AT TOP OF PAGE, BUY ENOUGH GEAR TO DO EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS, HIS RECOMMENDATIONS ARE TIME TESTED AND PROVEN. I LIKE CYCLE #3, ALSO DON'T START WITHOUT AUXILIARY MEDS LISTED IN THE RECOVERY PART, U DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GEAR TO PROPERLY RUN A CYCLE, I AM NOT A FAN OF DECA AND WOULD SUB EQ ANYWHERE DECA IS ADVISED, BUT THAT IS MORE PERSONAL PREFERENCE THAN ANYTHING.

I'm curious who you learned this from? Certainly not from anyone or any information on this board. What you've posted looks like something made up by someone who has zero knowledge about any of this. The pyramid dbol schedule you laid out looks like something from 15-20 years ago. Although it was very popular in the 70's and 80's, it fell out of favor once science and experience combined to show much more effective ways of using AAS.

Read the stickies, read the other information here, then start asking a few questions and then you'll be ready to do something.

P.S. Based on your current stats, I recommend you spend a lot of time in the training and nutrition forums. You clearly have not yet learned how to eat or train for muscle mass so adding steroids at this time, wouldn't be very productive. Without the right training and diet, steroids alone won't do much.
 
Thanks for the help so far guys. The person I got this info from is a local guy who has done a few cycles in his day and seems to know what he's talking about. He's huge. Also, my brother has done about 6 cycles over the past three years and went from 145 lbs to 205 lbs at his peak. He has used dbol, eq, deca, sustanon, and cypionate in different combinations at different times. He has done the deca/dbol stack before with great results. As far as diet is concerned, I have a pretty good idea of what types of foods I need to be eating and how much to eat. I'm at about 18% bf and I am going to do cardio 3x a week to try to stay around that level as I know i will be consuming at least 4k cals a day while on a cycle. As far as training goes, yes I am kind of out of shape as of right now, at one point a few months ago I was at 170 lbs with only 12% body fat, strong and pretty ripped. I know how to train so don't underestimate my intelligence just because I'm new to the forum. If you guys really suggest adding test to the cycle, let me know who I should get it from. A friend of mine just ordered some enanthate from GV and said service was great so I may order from him, unless you guys have other suggestions. Once again thanks for the input as I do realize you all are the experts.

Also welcome to the board bro...and who in the heck told ya to start off with only 12.5 mgs of dbol?? sounds like a T3 cycle. :)

All of us had to start somewhere Jeffro,and you finding this forum is a greaT START,use the forum search engine to your advantage...just type in "Deca DBOL cycle" You'll get all the info you ever wanted and then some.

sounds like you need to research some more. what's your diet like? what's your exercise like?
