"Newbie here"....Im on a bulking cycle and have some questions

Hi all,

Ive been reading the forum for a while but just signed up.

Well Im on a 20 week bulking cycle ( I might cut it down to 15 weeks and up the dosage...not too sure yet) and here is what it consists of:

WEEK 1-20....QV DECA 300 - 600mg wk every monday and friday 1cc per day

WEEK 1-20....DENKALL TEST 400 - 840mg wk every monday, wednesday and friday .7cc per day

so my question is what should I eat????? When im not at home and feel like eating out- i.e - mcdonalds, bk, ect....

The protine intake is covered, I usually do about 200-300g a day between shakes, protine bars, steaks, chicken ect... also i usually consume about 3000-4000 calories a day. I take glutamine 5g after my workout and also take creatine 5g 1hr prior to my workout.

I have a little stomach but I dont want it to get any bigger than it already is. Since im on a bulking cycle do I have a choice about my stomach??? Do i pig out and watch it get bigger or eat smart and try to watch it???

Could someone reccomend somewhat of a diet for me...or at least give me some pointers on what I should eat when I eat (besides steak and chicken)

Ive been doing AAS for sometime now and iam familar with it and what it does but i always get messed up with the diet part of it.

Big karch has some good advice. when bulking i eat and eat and eat.... go to your local supplement store and get some protien bars for in between your meals. some of my favorite meals are tuna and eggs with cheese. four eggs two cans of tuna and some shreaded cheese. also make pasta add some tuna in it. chuncky soup add some tuna in it. drink milk(skim). eat lots of fruit and veggies. avoid fast food and avoid the foods that Bigkrach mentioned as well. Happy bulking.

Just one more thing don't you think that your cycle maybe a bit long? you may want to check that out. Just be sure to have plenty of clomid//hcg on hand.

Ditto . . . trim that cycle back by about a month or so plus get some expert advice on your PCT.

like i said i was thinking about cutting back on the cycle. I also have the PCT covered. I have clomid and novladex on hand.
