Newbie Here – Started Gear This Year, Looking to Learn & Share

Hey everyone,
I’m a 30-year-old lifter who jumped on gear at the beginning of this year after years of natural training. Currently hitting the gym six days a week with daily cardio, dialing in my diet, and trying to optimize my cycles. So far, the gains have been solid, but I know there’s always more to learn.
I’m here to soak up knowledge from experienced users, share my own journey, and hopefully contribute where I can. Big on safety, so I’m interested in bloodwork, proper cruising dose, and minimizing sides. Also open to discussing training, nutrition, and cycle strategies.

- 5’ 7”/167 lbs
- Cycle History:300 mg test cyp per week, 50 mg Anavar, 5 mg Reta, 60mcg clen last 2 weeks.

Take you a few weeks to get accustomed to it?
Reta’s been a game-changer for me! The first few weeks were an adjustment some mild fatigue and occasional nausea but nothing crazy. By month 2, my body fully adapted, and now the appetite suppression is insane (in a good way). I’m leaning out without feeling like I’m white-knuckling through cravings. I titrate up to 4 mg a week now, started with 1 mg a week.

You running it now or thinking about trying it? If you’ve got any tips or tricks to share, I’m all ears. Always curious how others are dosing or stacking it with their protocols.
