Hi guys I thought I'd introduce myself! I've been reading on here for quite awhile and have learned quite a bit. I'd like to thank you all for your knowledge!
I'm 34 y/o, I've lifted consistently for 6yrs. I'm 5'9" 200 lbs around 10% bf. I do a 4 day split because I work 2 jobs. My diet is a clean 3800-4200 calories a day. Protein is roughly 400-450g a day. Currently bench 405, squat 375, deadlift 515. I'm all natural as of now. Looking forward to learning more and trying to grow!
