Newbie here

Old Time Lifter

I'm new here, but not new to lifting. I've been lifting weights for over 20 years. Now that I'm in my 40's I've seen a decline in myself. I started using test and EQ to bring myself back to where I believe I should be. I'm looking to learn more, and help others if I can.
 
As a fellow "newbie," welcome to the forum. Best piece of advice is to search, read, read some more and think through whatever you're going to post before posting it.
