Newbie Intro Time

What up fellas was told i needed to start things off right here.

27 got into lifting weights at 17 as a highschool wrestler graduated highschool at 5'8 128 pounds. In college i began my life long pursuit of being a meat head. Started training more than i d study unfortunately was very uneducated with nutrition and missed a lot of opportunity to grow. After college I got involved in a great gym more focused on Bodybuilding so learned more on technique and how incredibly stupid and awful my eating habits were. Not sure how detailed to be so hope this works ill list some stats.

5'8 180 pounds roughly 9-10% BF

Max Squat 355 (my legs are garbage im working on it)
Max Bench 325
Max Deads 405X2

Ran Pro Hormones 4 Times about 4 years ago. Switched to the real stuff a year and a half ago.

Completed 12 weeks of Test E 500 EW PCT then went a few months straight
Completed 15 weeks of Test E 500 EW EQ 600 EW PCT
Just finshed ^ same cycle
Planned on starting Test E and Tren ACE Cycle in a few weeks Unfortunately gear i got has the name HAMMER-ANABOLICS on it.

Their is never a shortage of well educated an just down right awesome people around here an some of them actually have the awesome member badge of honor to prove it lol.

I've been here just about 6 weeks. After 20+ years of gym and gear knowledge I thought I knew what I needed to know. Guess what. I didn't know shit. Through reading, these boys at meso have schooled me. Respect the WKM's. Read, read, read... enjoy.
