newbie lookin for stack/cycle help

im 6'0 190, havnt worked out in about 2 years, i plan on liftin again, and take some supplement

im naturally a pretty decent build, especially for not lifting often.

i used to just take creatine/whey protein.

my cousin currently takes deca 300 and has real good gains plus minimal side affects. i figure itd be the same for me

im lookin to gain lots of mass/size, not worried about bein super cut, but by no means not cut.

any advice on what supplements to take along with how to cycle them?

honestly bro, if you havent trained in two years you need to work on getting your training and diet in order first. get consistent, gain naturally, then add some aas if necessary.

very sound advise,also try visiting the training and nutrition sections,there is some helpful info there also.
 
Yeah bro establish yourself in the gym first get your diet right and takes things as far as they can go natural. Then consider adding the juice.
 
I wouldn't advise you taking any aas until you get all your shit in order regarding diet, lifting etc. Once all that is set i would recommend 500mg of a single-ester test such as enathate or cyp for 10 weeks...keep nolva on hand during cycle, and take clomid afterwards during pct...this is a nice beginner cycle that you will see good gains off of, provided everything else is in check...

Are you suggesting a d-bol only cycle? Why? People are right about you, you shouldn't be giving out advice to anyone...
 
Dianabol for first timer

Why is Dianabol not recommended for a first timer (like me)? I began weight training and exercise about three months ago and have adjusted my diet. I was planning on beginning a cycle next month of Dianabol, Sustanon, and Proviron.

I am 6'4" and weight 198 lbs. I have only a little fat on my sides and am mostly lean. I hope to increase muscle mass and size.

I just joined this site after spending the past few days reading all of the great information from this site.
