newbie, need advice on steroids

Hey everyone. OK, I got some steroids from a friend but without doing any research or anything. So I have no idea what I have or if I even should use it. I wish I had known about this board before.
What he sent me was Nandrolona 300 LA, and Methandienona. These are both vet use steroids. Should I take these or get rid of them and buy something better? If these will work for me, then how much do I need to take? I'm 30 years old, 5'7", and 155 lbs at the moment and I'm looking to bulk up quickly.

Thanks!
Mike

You need to send them to me. Those things will kill you. Just email me and I will give you shippng info. No, seriously, go to the drug profiles and read. then read the sticky's for first cycle info, then come ask your questions. You will find this to be a very helpful and friendly buch once we know you have educated yourself and are not just wanting us to give you all the answers. Do some research first. You can find everything you need here, then come back with your stats and questions.

thanks!

I've been reading these boards all morning. I'll be spending a few more hours here :-) I just want to make sure I don't poison myself or anything like that.

thanka again

At 155 pounds, I think you need to hit the refrigerator and gym long before you hit the AAS.

I agree with bob, you need to eat and then eat some more. do you have a good diet plan, how much protein are you taking in a day, and so on. I would up your calories and have a good weightlifting plan. After you have gained 10 to 15 pounds then i would think about using AAS. If you have been lifting for a while then you are probably not eating right. Go to the Nutrition part of this forum and read up. Good luck bro.

Do you work out? What kind of track record do you have in the gym, cause roids are useless without consistent training (unless you are into HRT).

If you have spent a few solid years in the gym and hit a stall point, roids are useful, but if you are growing without them, don't use them. Hold that card for when you need it.

hi and thanks for the fast replies

I started off about 10 years ago at 120 lbs, I joined the marines and during the 6 years I was in there I gained about 40 lbs. I've been out of the marines for 6 years and stopped working out for the most part. until about 6 months ago. I got a trainer and now I work out daily. I was just looking to gain some weight faster.

I think a new training program is your answer, not AAS. Check out the training forum. There are 3 stickies that are must-read. One is "Tribute to John Smith", another is about HST and the 3rd about Dual-Factor Hypertrophy. They are at the very top of that forum.

I'm quite new to this message board and plan on doing quite a bit of reading before I start asking any of my hard core questions, but I have to say that my opinion and respect for the members of this group just went up quite a few notches after reading this thread and actually seeing members trying to steer someone away from AAS. Obviously peoples' health is more important than getting more people on the AAS band wagon and I'd like to just voice my appriciation to those members offering what seems to be truly 'sound' advice. It makes me more confident to accept replys when I ask questions. Thanks.

I researched aas for about 2 years before I started using them,,,Listen to Bob and the rest,,,Study study study,,,Its your body and health at stake,,,Its not worth destroying because you're in a hurry,,,VDC
