Welp, its a pleasure to be here. I've been lurking for a short time now and the cut throat no BS style gives me a chub. I was a member on ology some time back when i was young and stupid.(still young and stupid lol). Had some bad advice and was even ripped off with a junk UGL... either way, im ready to soak in as much info as possible. Thanks for all that you all do!
 
Good first post @RM91 and welcome. Tell us about yourself, training history, etc..

Training on and off since i was 18. I went into my first semester of college at 130lbs soaking wet. 25y.o now.
Ive gone through 2 test/sust cycles
(Like i said i was young and dumb.)
Also done a few dbol only cycles, many are against it, but if the dbol is good ive always had solid 4week runs. Unfortunately over the past 6months work and a new career took over my life. The gym and food prepping went out the window. I have an ectomorph body style. 5'10.5 (LOL) and sit around 165/170 lbs. BF around/under 15. Prior to my 6month gym break. I sat around 185 sub 10%, i benched around 225 for a couple reps, squated around 275 for a couple, and deaded 315 for reps.... now i lift like a 10y.o girl. We'll fix that..... ive always been lean without cardio. Liftin hard is easy. Meal prepping while living alone and EATTING is extremely difficult for me. Ive always had weird digesting issues. Either its super fast or super slow..Either way, im back on the right track, lifting hard, eatting right.
