Newest lab values

Preface I’ve been on a long blast and was getting ready to wrap things up and cruise for a little while when I had these labs drawn. The week before labs being drawn I’ve been running 800 test e 600 eq 600 mast p 400 tren e and playing with ment at 150ish a week for a few weeks at the end of the blast. I’ve been intermittently taking hgh when my shipments actually arrive on time at about 6 units per day but that’s been inconsistent this blast.

The days leading up to this test I had taken 50mg anadrol orally pre workout along with my normal preworkout nitric/creatine sugar and salt combo orally.

I average about 6 days a week in the gym unless I’m out of town or on vacation and the last few days before this blood test I had spent about 25% more time doing my lifts and felt like I was repping about 15% more than usual so I definitely feel like I may have been more fatigued than usual the day of the bloods.

I’ve got a couple of questions, I’ve read that creatinine and liver enzymes can elevate just from intense workouts and not enough recovery time but also I’ve been taking tren and anadrol and occasionally some other orals for funsies (mostly left over ladies doses of anavar 10mg) are my kidneys and liver cooked or with rest and time off from orals should these numbers improve on their own? I’m currently off all orals and taking liver supplements to try to give them a break but haven’t really slowed down my gym routine (took 4 days off after getting liver result and stopped orals) I’ve also stopped the tren as I was planning to come off anyways.

Also I know lipids are kinda fucked but I figured taking a break from tren and orals may help with that? Diet is pretty consistent moderate carb low fat high protein. No seed oils if that helps lol

My other blood value question is can anyone make sense of my hormone panel and igf values? I think everything is about where it should be but are there any red flags that I’m not seeing or understanding?

When your liver enzymes get doubled that's when the doctor worries. Are you taking any NAC for that? I wouldn't be too worried about your lipids...
those can bounce back. You're egfr is pretty dang low. Your white blood cell count is too high. You may have a small infection. Surprisingly how did you get your hematocrit down so good? High platelets needs to be watched. Sometimes my hematocrit gets all the way up to 54 but my platelets are normal...so I don't worry too much. But if you have high platelets you're at a higher risk of problems.

I’m currently taking nac glutathione milk thistle and tudca for my liver, started doing that more consistently as I already had them on hand after these lab values.

I’m a little concerned about the egfr I’m trying to stay extra hydrated right now and added a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate to my morning preworkout water which can supposedly help with renal function.

I’m not sure what’s up with the wbc I don’t have any obvious signs of infection right now not sure if it’s just caused by the inflammatory stress of everything else being pissed off or not.

Only thing I do for h/h is drink a lot of water and pin every other day. Aside from that I used to donate blood last year when my hematocrit was higher but this year it’s always been in range without much manipulation despite fairly high aas dosages.

Not sure what’s causing the high plt count probably need to throw in a daily aspirin or something for a little while to compensate for that though. Definitely open to suggestion.

Thanks for the response bloods are always a puzzle to me and I like getting outside input to help out together what the causes and solutions I can try are.

This is the first time on my bloods that my liver/kidney values have been this high and I get tested every two months to try to stay on top of it, they were trending a little higher on my previous test but this is basically double what most of them were on that one so I had a feeling things were going to be worse this time and was planning a break afterwards on the more toxic stuff.

Guess my biggest question is about training how much time or intensity would make sense to back off right now? Would that plus dropping orals and tren make a big difference over say 2 months? Go to 3 days a week or shorter less intense on my normal schedule?

My liver values used to go up about 10 points before I was even enhanced. I found out about weightlifting before labs. And I would just not do any heavy lifting a week before I ran labs and they used to come out perfect. So if I was to do heavy lifting two or three days before Labs my values would be like 10 points High. I know that's not even high but I was still worried about it... but this was before I took any AAS. Now after I'm enhanced I realize 10 points isn't even anything to worry about.

This is what my doctor said too, he wasn’t alarmed at all as long as platelets are normal and hemoglobin isn’t at the 200s then it’s ok.

It didn’t give me peace of mind though lol, I am still looking for a protocol to keep it down consistently.
