I am planning my next cycle---It will be fat loss phase, but I am trying to keep as much of my bodyweight as I can--
Currently at 240 around 18-20%bf
I want to lose about 6-8% of my bf-
I was thinking of taking the following
Week 1-12 test enath. 1000mg
Week 1-12 eq 400-600mg
Week 4-12 tren enath. 250-500mg
Week 4-12 t-3 up to 125mcg

I have never used tren enath before, so any helpful comments on it are welcome--
Also with my diet, I havent tried to loose bf in a long time, so I am trying to find the ideal diet to shed fat and keep all my muscle(OH SORRY I WAS HAVING A DREAM)--
What kind of diet ratio do you guys think would be good--I am not in a hurry to shed the fat--I dont like ultra low carb diets
Also how many cals do you guys think I should be taking in daily?
Any other suggestions or changes to my plan are welcome
