Getting ready to start a new cycle and the
clinic were I get most of my AS recommended
this for a moderate builder/cutter without adding alot
of extra wieight.

1 -12 cyp 400 week
1 - 10 deca 200 week
1 - 10 winny 50 EOD

I've never took alot of gear during my cycles anyway but I
thought the deca was alittle low (most say 400)
and he doesnt like EQ as much as deca which is opposite
of most here. I thought about adding 200 EQ a week to
bring that up to 400. Any other opinions?

PS My joints are acking alittle anyway so the deca might do
my some good.

drop the winny and up the deca to 400
why do youi wnat to run winny and deca together they do two diffrent things
DEca=mass
winny = cuts and hardness
 
That is one thing i was saying but
I have some EQ also so I thought Id
do 200 EQ and 200 deca since they
are close but not the same and I
already have it.

This was a recommended cycle from a
doctor that I know that works with alot
of BB. I'm not looking to add alot of bulk
just get leaner (8-9 % now, get it down
to 5-6 %) maybe alittle more size. I guess
the winny would be to help to stay lean while
adding mass, but thats why i posted this cycle
to get adice.

Any others?
 
No, the winny would not help you to stay lean while you add mass. A proper diet will do that. AS does not burn fat.
 
Drop the Winni (as mentioned, it makes your joints sore) and keep the Decca @200mg/wk.
Add in Tren Acetate or Materson to replace the Winni.
Also, consider replacing the Cyp with Test Prop, there will be less bloat.

PCT and anti-E's are KEY!

First off mate ten weeks on winstrol is too long. if you are looking to cut down to 5-6% bodyfat then test plus either tren or equipoise are good choices though I preferred Eq to tren. Light winstrol use the last 4-5 weeks or so will help harden you up further. Here are 3 cycle ideas- I like to switch to prop towards the latter part of the cycle for a quick clearance into the recovery regime {PCT as its known on the boards}

A} test cyp 400mg per week 1-9
prop 75-100 mgs 3 times a week weeks 10-12
winny 50 mgs ed weeks 8-12.5

PCT - week 12.5 if oral winstrol-week 13 if injectable winstrol

B}test cyp 400mg per week 1-9


prop 75-100 mgs 3 times a week weeks 10-12
winny 50 mgs ed weeks 8-12.5 if oral 8-12 if shots
tren enanthate 300 mg per week weeks 1-9


tren acetate 75mg every other day weeks 10-12

PCT week 12.5 if oral or injectable winstrol

C} test cyp 400mg per week 1-9


prop 75-100 mgs 3 times a week weeks 10-12
winny 50 mgs ed weeks 8-12.5
Eq weeks 2-10 400mg a week loaded 800mg first week


PCT week 12.5 if oral or injectable winstrol

an anti-aromatose can be used- depending on the degree of water retention you get-one proviron every day with 10mg nolvadex every day could substitute for anti aromatose if the water is mild


If your joints suffer from the winstrol- anavar is a good alternative although an expensive one.

As you have modest goals I would stick to cycle A} I am a big believer in moderate steroid use. As mentioned by Diablo water retention can be avoided further if you use prop throughout but it means sticking yourself more often pal

Just keep in mind that EQ makes some people extremely hungry and its damn near impossible to diet then. I had the worst time on EQ---I will never use it again :-(

Tren kicks ass for me, althought arond week 5 or so, the night sweats kick in and your have a very hard time staying asleep. I would look like a total zombie at work because I wasnt getting anysleep. It was just horrible. My workouts were still good though :D

BTW-dont worry about sticking yourself everyday, go with the Prop.
No one said getting cut and juicing were going to be easy and fun.
 
My stats are 192 ish 5'6. I compete at the state level
as a middle weight which is why I dont want to gain to much
wieght Its been 2.5 months now, my last cycle ended with
tren and winny and thats when the joints started to ache
never really stopped. My main goal is to get alittle leaner,
alittle more muscle and those AS pumps. I dont lose much
size or strength but I alway feel much healthier when on
(and they say its bad for your health:-)I already have the
deca, EQ, cyp, winny, anti's.

So would this be the best of both worlds?

1 - 10 deca 200mg
1 - 10 EQ 200mg
1 - 12 test 400mg

So Mon Ill take 1cc deca and 1cc test
Thurs 1cc EQ and 1 cc test.

of extra wieight", its all diet. Get ur diet in check, then determine what gear you will use to help reach your goals.
 
Diet is there

Myoplex + 1 scoop whey
chicken rice (1 cup) veges
chicken rice (1 cup) veges
protien bar (after WO)
chicken rice (1 cup) veges (skip the rice add a salad some days)
2 scoops of whey

cardio 45 min 5-6 days in the AM
WT 4-5 days PM
