For those of you following my log, you know the last 3 weeks have been jammed with sides, illness and injuries.
Can't believe what snuck up on me now; a flipping pulled AB! Its on the left side, just under the rib cage and I need to face it when squatting and deadlifting. Which defines 2/3 of what I do as a powerlifter.
If I belt up, it doesn't hurt that much. What can I do: work around it, drug up, go to the doc, retire, shoot myself, lie on the porch and drink beer a few months?
I have to work out. Help! Suggestions?
