When I say lifting a long time...i just didn't turn 35 and all of a sudden decide to workout

I been at it since 89...

I learned a lot since then...my understanding comes from lifting to go out on the field run full speed and be able to change directions and inflict pain upon an opponent.

I'm learning about bodybuilding so have patience with me

Right now I can only do 315 for reps on dead and go no higher than 405 on squats...the days of me trying to out lift the young guys are over.

It's all about maintaining great health,looking good and feeling good

My strength came from years of endurance stregnth training...those who played college football are familiar with the Nebraska Strength workout....

Wow. That sucks about the gear. We've all gotten under dosed stuff, but just oil?
And youre in the right place. We've got older lifters here (most who will shame the youngins), and we've got young guys. And all in between. Im 34 myself. But unlike you I still have it in m head to outlift the young guys. My minds telling me yes. But my body, my bodies tellin me no.
