Im currently running a small dose of 2iu of serostim. My question is since this is a small dose mostly used for body fat and anti aging does it matter if I take this 20 min before breakfast. I train early so I wake up shoot eat and leave. Should I be waiting until I get back?

I think 2 IU is to less..
Maybe in some time you can write again what your experience is with 2 IU.
Wish you the best

Your timing is good. You getting the GH spike, then pre workout nutrition and then hitting the gym and using all the GH and nutrients at the right time. I like it.

I like shooting an hour - 45min. pre workout for the IGF1 spike as well. I never really concerned myself with the carb timing, as oftentimes it's used in conjuction w/ insulin (carbs needed).

What is the concern w/ carb timing and gh injection?

Just out of curiosity, why are you not using before bed? I've read that is best for anti-aging benefits.

Some look to avoid disrupting the natural pulse of GH that happens shortly after sleep. Exog. GH stops the pulses for ~4hrs, so some people like to retain their largest GH pulse.

That's what I thought too. But others recommend before bed is best for low dose anti-aging. So many options and each option seems to have good argument.

According to stuff I've read on Dat's forum certain carbs and fats release somatostatin and it inhibits gh release to some degree. From my limited understanding it seems like it just reduces the fat burning effects. Why or how I'm not sure and I think the use of exogenous insulin changes things a bit.

Im only running 2iu due to being sick last month. I can get my hands on two kits a month and was debating if I should increase next month not sure yet. I gave myself the shot about one hour early today but it sucks. Thanks for all the input

It doesn't matter with exogenous GH. Dat pushes peptides, this is only a concern with peptides, not actual GH.

The only time it is really beneficial to space it from carbs, if you are wanting to use it in a fasted state for cardio for example.

Shoot it, and eat carbs. It will be fine.

Why does it suck?

I've been doing low-dose GH for a few weeks now, started at 2 IUs and now up to 2.5. I'll increase to 4 IUs max eventually if my toleration is good. I shoot immediately upon waking then wait and hour before eating anything just because everywhere i read said to wait. However, it would be totally helpful if I could drink some protein during that hour, or eat a protein bar or nuts or SOMETHING! This stuff makes me hungry which is a good thing because it is hard for me to put on weight, so when I am hungry I like to take advantage. Protein drink OK maybe 30 mins or so after?

It was already stated in this thread but I will mention it again.

Only GHRH or GHRP peptides need to be taken on an empty stomach or at least with no carbs. This is needed to stimulate the release of GH by the Pituitary gland.

If taking actual GH, there is no release by the Pituitary gland required. It is putting exogenous GH right into your system. It's like comparing a Test booster to just taking Test itself. There is no conversion required when taking GH just like when taking Test.

Now, unless your getting your GH directly from a US pharmacy in person, then you honestly have no idea what your are getting and what you think is GH may indeed be a peptide like CJC, IPAM or GHRP.
