Nolvadex suspension help

I just attempted suspending nolvadex and it’s very clumpy. I tried heating the mixture to 140F and that didn’t help, it actually made it bubbly.
The nolvadex is suspended in Humco, I’ll post the recipe I used below

29.46mL Humco vehicle
.6 grams nolva raw powder

Please let me know where I messed up so I can fix it or start over, thank you
