Nolvadex..when in the day should it be taken?

Does it even matter when in the day you take your dose of Nolvadex? How about when taking an oral steroid..does it matter then? I spit my dbol 15mg in am, 10mg afternoon and 15mg pm. Also...is it better to take 20mg Nolvadex or 10mg Nolvadex? I have the Nolvadex D in my posession (20mg per pill) Hate to split the pill in half but I want to do what is right. Thank you bros!

1x/day is fine. You should try to space Dbol into 4 doses/day, if you can.
20mg/day of nolva won't hurt, but 10mg should be sufficient.
I take mine in the AM, but it doesn't really matter....just try to keep it the same each day.

I take 10 mg of nolva in moring and about 10mg in late afternoon, only becuase i have some liquad nolva and if i take to much it gives me heartburn. You might not need 20mg so if you want to split the pill in half is your decision


Spread your dbol out like you are doing so you have a constant blood level.

Bro,
The idea is to keep blood levels of these drugs as consistent as possible. When you take it isn't as important as always taking it at the same time everyday. Wake up a 3:17am every night if you want to. Just keep taking that time all the time.
