hey guys,
I'm new to this forum looking forward to learning from the experienced members before starting my first cycle this winter
 
Right now I'm 5'8 and 200.
Around 15%
Trying to get down to the 7-8% range so I can bulk up to a shredded 195-200 ish, I play sports so gotta make sure I do it slow
