Well I am 16yrs old and 6'1 155lbs. I started taking whey protein and working out last summer and gained 15 lbs. and a helluva lot of muscle size and tone but no strength. This is not good at all seeing as I wrestle. I just wanna get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Any advice?

`Change your training then, use a pyramid like 10,8,6,4,4 or 10,6,4,2,2

That's good advice Aheart, but he's asking about supplements also. I think your doing fine with whey protein, I use it as well. Take a good multivitamin/mineral everyday and eat good clean calories and lots of them. Work on exercises that promote overall body strength like squats and deadlifts, maybe some wide grip chin ups to help with upper body strength for grappling and so forth being that you wrestle. Don't even think about roids at your age.Good luck:D

Hehe i missed that, Whey protein and fast carbs are very good after training it will turn you from catabolic to anabolic, It'will also help you to recover faster :). Deadlifts and Squats is a good edvice robyflexx :), Looke at bent over rowing, benchpress, Dips with weight and militarypress too :)

Excellent post Aheart those are very good exercises to build overall body strength, I really like dips with weights...this builds incredible upper body strength as it targets your whole upper body:D
