I have heard there are tons of Nord fakes. I picked one up and was considering more . What should I look out for? What would be considered a fair price? I know I paid top dollar. Do people run pharma ,and let's say legit grey tops together?

Why run questionable Nordis at a premium price when there is so much legit, Serostim around? Besides the fact of there being fakes out there, you run a very real risk of degradation. They need to be temp controlled at all times, and yet get sent from overseas, which takes weeks, often times exposed to extreme temp changes. Heat, cold(freezing), etc.

Sero is pretty easy to find. But legit greys are a good choice too if you ask me. I had great blood results from pds greys

His takes longer to arrive witch isn't good for hgh. And doesn't have tracking. But it's the exact same stuff shipped from the same place. They are just drop shippers and resellers of the same product
Nords can actually stay unrefridgrated for up to 21 days. It says it right on the website

Yes they can stay at room temp for 21 day AFTER you begin using them. Not prior.
Here are more indications from their site:
Most of the time it will take 10-20 days just to get them here. And odds are it is going to get hotter than 77 deg in the spring/summer at some point in their journey, and they can freeze in the winter(another no no). Plus you are banking on some random jabroni in Turkey, or whatever country they came from having them all in a fridge.
Trust me, I have gotten them right from the pharmacy. They come in a cooler box for a reason. But if you feel it is a worthwhile gamble, roll with it. Just not worth it for the price point, to me.

Actually, that is the draw to Sero. They are shelf stable at room temp for years.

So if I travel I can just click an IU and throw that bitch in my carry on. But if I don't use any of it I have to put it on ice?
I can only speculate, but lets say it starts to degrade when it is not refrigerated. It is possible that 3 weeks is the period it will still meet the requirements for label claims, beyond that if falls below that threshold and degrades more rapidly.
If you are using it up quick, this doesn't matter. However for storage, it makes all the difference. It also says if you plan to be using it in 4 weeks to refrigerate it, which would also go along this line of thinking.
