From my experience, i used in the past the " real " with one amp per week and the result of blood work indicates that the product does not contain 250mg per amp (6.26ngml), because for some time after i restart the same protocol with Bayer Enanthate 250mg per week ( not from a re seller ) and i got a score of 10 and 12ng/ml.

I'm not really sure yet Norma manufactures testosterone 250E, same about Nandrolone Organon 2ml, some sellers are honest and indicate that the product is counterfeit or are simply replicas.
