Little background . Training for 8 years. Several cycles. Currently 35 on TRT.

1-10

200/mg test weekly

400/mg npp weekly

4iu serostim

Currently use 2mg / week Arimidex just for trt. What do you think I need to add just for the npp another 1mg weekly?

196lbs 10% bf.

Also considering igf Des on lagging body parts. Pre workout.

Im going to be doing same cycle in a couple of months.
I personally goin to to the same amounts
200 test x week. 400xweek npp. I think that a good ratio.
Let us know how it goes.
 
Update - 196lbs to 207 week 4. Adding in slin pre-work out with HGH

This is new to me. Would love some feedback on protocol.

3iu GH morning fasted cardio 2hrs later breakfast

Second meal - chicken breast white rice

Novolin R 6units 30minutes pre-work out with GH 3iu

Intrawork out shake 60grams karbolyn 5g creatine 10g bcaa citrulline arginine

Postwork out shake 25grams karbolyn whey hydrolyzed

Then 40mins later chicken rice.

Update. So finishing week 7 up 213lbs from 196 starting. Just upped my npp dose to 560/week from 420. Using slin and HGH . Another 3 weeks left looking for@220 . Still pretty lean . Overall best cycle to date. First run with npp.
 
Sounds like it was a good blast! Was looking to run something like this for a recomp soon but with a bit higher doses. 300-400 Test E and 500-600 npp.
 
Got upto 219. Hands hurt and fingers going numb were killing me at night finished at 10weeks. 6iu was too much to fast. Down to 214.4 but I am dieting. 2iu GH only fasted cardio back to trt 200mg/week. Probably about 12-13% bf. Need to get to 7-8. Going to do another run with just 200 test/400npp /600 eq. Plus slin and HGH
