Nutrition label confusion

hey guys have a bit of a issue that I’m hoping you guys can help me with, I’ve been eating smart pop popcorn as a healthy snack and the per serving calories and 1 cup per popped calories are way different .

If I went by the per serving than a bag is 260 calories but if I go by the per 1 cup popped it’s less than 100 calories the entire bag, any idea what the hell this means lmao

I hate when foods have “uncooked” serving sizes. Especially rice!! Who measures uncooked rice for their meal preps?! I would go with 260cals per bag. That food label sucks!

If you are bulking, don’t worry about it.

If you are cutting er on the side of caution and use the higher cals.

Shit like this is retarded when they put it like they did. The whole bag makes 6.5 cups which is 2 servings. Half the bag (just a bit over 3 cups) is the nutritional label on the left side. The right side is broken down further to smaller serving sizes which looks to be about a 1/6th of the bag.
