Nutrition vs gear?

Wondering what percentage of your faith is in your nutrition vs. your gear for your training? I am on TRT and dont blast huge cycles, but I maintain 300 to 400 on test with a a well maintained diet. For me, it's also about health as I age.

A lot more of my results have come from diet than from drugs so that covers how I feel about it. The drugs just enhance the direction I’m going with my diet. If I’m bulking, I can add more muscle with less fat. If I’m cutting, I can drop more fat and spare more muscle

Without the building blocks gear can't do a whole lot. You can't build something with no material. I put on over 40 pounds of muscle before i touched any gear.

Nutrition is huge. You can't just take winstol or var and expect to shed pounds. Guys at my gym have no idea how to cut and only lose weight because they're taking too much gear and raise liver values or just feel like crap to a point where they don't want to eat. Taking less and correct diet would be ideal for health. Another big problem is once you've ran higher you want to return to that or go higher usually

It's 50/50 for maximum results in all areas. Gear without nutrition will help you with training but you won't make visual muscle gains. Nutrition without gear will still make you build visual muscle but your performance won't be as intense in training and progress will be slower.

Good replies. I maintain strong nutritional values because I did my whole life. Other than one period of dbol usage for about 6 weeks back when I was 25, I stayed off Test until 34.. Had a good appreciation for my health and welness before then, but test has been more to prevent my psychological issues due to military PTSD
