Obligatory intro stuff

Hi all. Been lurking here about 6 months. It's a great resource. I am 45. Been an athlete my entire life, Pro, flow and sponsored amateur from ages 17-43. I have done it all that is possible with body comp and strength for sports performance by natural means. I had a combined 1000 in high school at 190 and have not done a meet since then, but have been up and down all along. i find it easy to start over and rebuild strength and I even love rehab and PT. The human body is an amazing thing.

I have a pretty big range that I can do easily with my genes and build. For my sport I needed to be all legs (160lb at 6'3"), but outside sport I like to be more balanced (210lb). I learned a lot about how to do that with cardio and diet. People say it's so much about diet but I beg to differ. Try 25+ hours a week of mid-full intensity training with a power meter measuring real wattage and you will start to see just how much you can change composition with exercise. Large pizzas and cokes ain't no thing. Also getting anaerobic pushing 1600+ watts sprinting intervals can do a lot to build working muscle. Diet matter more the less you do.

Gear and doping for sports performance is a curiosity to me so here I am still learning. I have tried getting TRT at docs and clinics but my natural levels and balance is good and I've been refused by them all. I recently started doing my own cycles because... this stuff is really cool. I have a nice commercial home gym and work from home, life is good. Cheers.
