Off Cycle

What do you guys do off cycle to maintain or build on improvements made on cycle ( supps, routines meals )?
 
What do you guys do off cycle to maintain or build on improvements made on cycle ( supps, routines meals )?

I used HGH after my last cycle and now I can't picture going through PCT without it. I lost maybe 2 pounds..

During PCT my diet and training pretty much stay the same. A few weeks after PCT I usually start a cut and take a week off from training. When I start training again I cut my volume in half. Over the next few weeks I gradually work my volume back up until I jump on again.
 
Off cycle ? The only off cycle I know is if I'm a lazy twat and skip my cardio .
It's been my experience that if your bloods and LFT are good and done regular your better off cruseing than doing pct ,
 
I have to agree with Procreations, I feel blasting and cruising is a better alternative than cycling off. You blast to grow and cruise to maintain, get your health markers back in check, and give your body a rest. Just my 2cents
