Been reading here a while but wanted to interact, even though that means constant flaming when I fuck up...

That being said, I'm 36, avid lifter and have my own gym next to my house. This has become a lifestyle for me after years of on and off.

6'1"
205ish currently
Don't know bf % but I can see my abs the crotch "V".

Been on TRT since the beginning of this year.

Goals are to bench 405, DL 450, and squat 450.

Learned a lot here already concerning diet and training...looking forward to more knowledge.

Best lifts to date:
335 bench, 425 DL, 355 squat.
 
Welcome aboard. You done any cycles yet? What type of training do you do?
I don't know if I have a type of training. My work buddy competes as a physique bodybuilder...he taught me a lot. But on my own I focus on strength. I use lifts to increase other lifts...like incline dumbbell press and triceps work to advance my flat bench..
I just like moving weight. Once I hit a wall...i switch up what I'm doing.

As far as cycles...i started a test c with a tiny bit of deca (elbow pain) about 8 weeks ago...still pinning test but not deca.

That would likely kill me. I feel like a beast pulling up 425 on a dead. I will say even at that weight my form is shit. I'm afraid I will have to watch from the porch while the big dogs are chasing those numbers.

You don't have to hop in those. There's a handful of guys chasing a five plate deadlift around here that would probably get in on it. Just a thought.
 
Wow those are some crazy odds if it's that exact.
Bizarre coincidence for sure.

It will change...I'm still gaining ground month to month...overall I am impressed with my progress. I went from visceral fatty to lean in 4 months...and less than a year ago I had a 1RM of 225 on flat bench. Still chasing numbers though!
