Oils

This might be a dumb question BUT, can you just add oils like sunflower oil into your drink to get a little extra fat? They dont have to be cooked or anything do they? You can just throw in a teaspoon straight out of the bottle?

I know you can with olive oil, but what about sunflower oil?

Nope, the oil does not have to be cooked. I don't really like to add oil to my drink, I'd rather just choke it down and get it over with. So I just take shots of oil and chase it with some juice, milk or what tickles my fancy.
I tried some flaxseed oil mixed in with my protein/carb shake and I could taste oil in every gulp,..... wasn't the best. Sunflower oil might not be as nasty, but it would be easier to take spoonfuls with a chaser.
