Ok i've read some thread some where dont quite remember and i saw that they are doing 6 or less reps for mass for 4 sets? Can someone clear this up for me thx

Usualy hypertrophy range is anywhere from 6-15 reps... Strength athletes primarily train at the 5 and under rep threshold..while body builders usually train in that 6-12 rep range... Although both will alternate between the training methods to achieve desired results.

WRT to the 4 sets.. most BB's don't really need to do more than 4-6 sets total per body part for each session.

oh ok, yea that makes more sence. but still i thought that with size comes strength? so its kinduh contridictory to each other.

not necessarily contridictiroy to each other.. but size does not always equal strength... For example I've seen 140 -160lb lifters bench over 400lb's raw and I've also seen 200-220lb body builders who couldn't bench 350lbs...

size can go hand in hand with strength.. But more often than not..overall strength will not be that indicative size. (Also one should note that Scott mendelson is over 300lbs with visable abs and is probably one of the top 10 strongest people in the world)
