Hey guys, just wanted to pop in and say hello. Obviously new to the forum but weathered and seasoned in the gym. Hoping to get caught up in all the new information and touch up on that already known but suppressed. Hope everyone had a merry Christmas, and also wishing that the new year bring the determination of a lion and massive pounds of added muscle for all who move iron!
 
Welcome bro. Can you tell us a little more about yourself? Stats, goals, etc?
Yes sir. I stand 6'1 no shoes, I walk around at 215 220 pounds, I have about 12% bf, I haven't touched a weight in nearly a year due to traveling job. Things have settled down now and I'm looking to slam some iron again. I started working out when I was 13, my dad got me started because I had major knee surgery and injury from basketball. Set my high-school bench record at 455 lbs my senior year, squat was a terrible 455 as well but my knee just can't handle the loads. Best dead lift was 505 after high-school. I'm 27 years old now, married and 3 kids. After high-school I was a home brewing machine, knocked out a many O'grams of fina pellets and had testosterone made for years. I've lost contact with my favorite source from Florida but intend to find another. The largest I've ever gotten on gear was 253 lbs at 10% bf. My goal is to get back into shape first, find myself a good source and one again become a truly huge neck crackin bastard haha
 
Oh and thank you all so much for welcoming me. I swear I had an account here years ago but I can't remember the damn email. There are a few names that stick out that I remember. Pleasure to be back in good hands. Thanks again gentleman.
