I am fat but I hold my weight very well. Problem is my knees are starting to get bad. I'm sure that's due to my weight. But because of bad knees I'm having a hard time exercising without pain. I can do it but after a few days I'm just really soar and borderline pain. So after talking to a friend who is my age and he did 2 cycles he looked good and cut weight plus his joints didn't hurt. I would like to discuss with him but at this time we are not talking. I had to let him go from work due to reduction if manpower. Anyway...
I would like to hear from you guys that might have gone down my path before me and can tell me that I'm crazy to think this way or "this is how I did it."

I would like to:
- Cut weight - Rehab my body due to age.
- Use them for helping with the joint pain for workout.
- Build strength and muscle to replace what I lost due to age.
- Gain muscle to and get fit..
