Old member, but new to posting

Hi all, Texan here who has been a reader of the forums since 2016, but have never posted. Thought I'd introduce myself so I can start.

Average build guy now, but back in 2016-20 I was a firefighter and this forum helped get me to where I needed physically. Tons of great advice and a wealth of knowledge, thought it was time I started giving back.
