Old timer coming in

I've been in the game deep in my past. Had several friends in the WWF, knew folks in Thailand and brought truck loads out of Mexico. But that was years ago, I've been out of the game since 1999. I'm 45 years old and damn I need to get back in shape. I've stumbled across a few other boards but this seems the most legit. I feel like everything I knew about juice is outdated. Any way glad to be here, special thanks to those who have already replied to some of my posts/comments. Looking forward to finding my way through what seems to be a tangled web of bad .coms and ULs.
