Early 40s and have been lifting off and on for 20 years. 6 foot tall and probably sitting around 28% BF. Larger "power lifting" body type. Diet is pretty in check, not perfect, but not bad. Shooting for around 250g of protein per day at least. Hoping to start out strong and hopefully slim down a little around the end of this. Cardio 3 or more times per week. This will be my 3rd ride but its been a while.
Weeks 1 - 5 :
500mg Test C per week (250mg mon and thurs)
30 mg Dbol ED
0.5 mg Arimadex EOD
Mutli and Liver support supps along with Pre-workout
Weeks 6 - 12
500mg Test C per week (250mg mon and thurs)
60 mg Anavar ED
0.25 mg Arimadex EOD
Start PCT (Tamoxifen- 20mg /Clomifene - 50mg /Mesterolone - 25mg /Cialis - 5mg) 7 days after last pin. These came as a package.
I thought about HCG but not sure, plus I have to find it. My Test is in the 200 levels so I may be doing some kind of cruise forever between cycles.
