Howdy gentlemen. I've been posting here for a few weeks but a fellow member suggested I post a formal introduction.

I'm currently running my first cycle of test and am fucking in love. I love everything about it and every waking day is beautiful. PRs are getting destroyed every time I step into the gym, and I actually need to tone down my intensity before I injure myself.

I've put on 20 pounds in the last 3 weeks and have visibly lost fat. The bloat is real though.

I am looking forward to the bigger, better me who comes out on the other side, and to contributing as constructively as possible to this community.

Thank you for your time, and happy lifting y'all.

Welcome to meso bro an I'm not for sure but would that fellow member be skull lol;)? Nice intro but you forgot a few things. How about your future goals, weight lifting history, an the all famous stats brotha.:)

Haha I've never heard of such a person, but he sounds like he gives good nicknames. ;)

My future goals are that I want to be fucking huge and powerful, strongman status. It would be a dream of mine to one day be able to compete in that level of physical conditioning. I'm a big fan of strongman style training and do farmer's walks just about every workout. I'm looking into joining a gym that has atlas stones.

I have been weightlifting for 4 years, with 2 years of serious lifting in there. I was unable to lift as much as I would have liked for the last 9-10 months due to various reasons such as jobs and injuries, but I was able to start hitting the gym again religiously in December.

My lifts have been up and down over the last 3 years, with a long time of me being unable to squat for a variety of reasons, but here are my stats as of now:

Age: 22
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 225
Bench: 225x10
Squat: 185x10
Deadlift: 415x1
Overhead press: 110 for 15 (haven't trained for strength here as of late)
Lat pulldown: 245x10 / Strict Pullups: 12

Looks good bro. Seems your a little young to be using aas but to all their own. You have a lot of years left to learn an grow so good luck to you an accomplishing all of your goals brotha.

Thank you for the warm introduction Skull, it's appreciated.

Welcome to MESO! It appears you have a solid base, judging by your stats! And since you've already decided to utilize steroids.. take advantage of the testosterone your using at 22 years of age, while your natural test levels are high, by eating BIG and eating clean! However, don't get overconfident with heavy weight since your definitely going to be able to lift a lot more than
your body is built to handle at this point, and you could seriously injure yourself! Testosterone at your age can really deceive your muscles into thinking they are stronger than they actually are! And I have seen quite a few injuries in people your age, who decided to use steroids. And remember... its not how much you lift, its how properly you lift it! Good Luck achieving your goals!
