Opinion on this cycle ?

5 weeks of bulking will give you almost no keepable gains its a waste of time. do a bulk cycle then later do a cutting cycle. it takes time to make gains and it takes time to cut their is no shortcut.
Ill probably lose a lot after those 5 week because of the DBOL water but i don't see how could i lose any muscle on 500mg of tren tho... i hear a lot about this solidifying gains stuff but i don't really see where it come from especially if youre barely on a deficit while boosting your tren...

So essentially what I'm saying is, your diet plan sounds good and should be interesting, but no need to fiddle with dosages just keep them consistent to remove variables.
Also do you think it is optimal to train heavy on a recomp? 6days heavy a week?! my CNS would be fucked personally

I’ve gained muscle and lost fat simultaneously many times. Gear is not as important as diet when it comes to fat loss. The most important thing is to create a calorie baseline. You need to go 5-8 weeks of the same calorie intake to do this, thus finding out your maintenance intake. When people diet they mess this up most of the time making drastic cuts causing the body’s survival mechanisms to take over. After that you can cut calories from carbs 40% daily for 4-5 days then load 1 day and repeat. This will allow you to burn fat without sacrificing muscle. What do you need to build muscle? Protein/amino acids. Carbs? Not necessarily, there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. Essential fats yes but they are calorie dense and can cause you to exceed your caloric goal quickly. When you are on gear your able to utilize more protein than normal. Think about the medical application of steroids. They are used to prevent muscle wasting. This is why both can be done simultaneously. If you bulk on cycle creating more muscle mass then your maintenance calories will increase. This will raise your metabolism. Then cutting on cycle will prevent muscle loss while in a caloric deficit. You can do it either way but the juice won’t do it for you!

I'm on a cut and training heavy all 6 days, did 450lbs on this Hammerstrength shoulder press just yesterday. Unless you're hitting 1RM on a major lift like dreads or squats I don't really believe in the CNS stuff, that gets to be way blown out of proportion. But yes on any diet I go balls to the wall, and even more so when i have less food in order to ensure the stimulation of muscle cells and to encourage the muscle preservation. But it's what works for me, everyone's training style is different. I prefer the Ronnie Coleman method but what works for me, works and you can't argue results

Hello guys, we all know it is very hard or even impossible to bulk and cut in the same cycle but i was thinking of doing Something a bit different.
Does anyone tried to Bulk then going to recomp by switching diet of course and switching AAS choices and dosage during cycle ?

Lets say someone's maintenance is around 2800 cals

Lets say he start tren E/test E with higher test than tren (400 test/200tren) for first 5 week with DBOL kickstart on 3000 cals first week upping 100 cals everyweek to end the dbol at 3500 cals on week 5

After that, lowering 100 cals every week and at the same time up your tren dosage and lower your test by 50 each week (why not adding also anavar now)

week 6 350 test 250tren 3400 cal
week 7 300 test 300 tren 3300 cal
week 8 250 test 350 tren 3200 cal
week 9 200 test 400 tren 3100 cal
week 10 stay at whatever low test get you great feeling and keep boosting the tren

Logically as your maintenance went higher (plus amazing tren recomp effect) you should have a great recomp after your first weeks bulking .

What do you guys think about that ?

How can anyone give an opinion without stats and goals?
That's how you know someone have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

300mgs won't have the same effect on a 250pound guy and a 170pound person. Cycle history also have to be taken into consideration before forecasting probable results
