I understand with 17α-Alkylated the concenses is shorter is better to avoid stress to the liver. If liver values and liver function continue to be maintained safely throughout oral usage couldn't you run it longer (10+ weeks).

Unable to get a GGT test done due to being in a state that doesn't allow personal testing (NY/NJ), but every other biomarker is good except alkaline phosphate being slightly low. Current oral usage is Tbol 50mg ED just hit week 10

I ran orals for about 9 months and my liver was fine, as were my other markers. I was taking Liver, Heart and Kidney stacks by Supplement Needs and they seemed to do the job. Appetite was mostly okay as well, but was also on sema so hard to say why was orals and what was sema. I think it really depends on your genetics, diet and cardio. Just be sensible and do blood tests regularly.

I am not taking orals for this bulk and I can’t tell the difference. I wouldn’t bother with orals unless you’re in prep. They can be fun though.

LDL is only slightly elevated and HDL is low, but triglycerides are normal. This is usually how it goes for me with both injectables and orals.

A GGT is a must imo if your concerned about orals and toxicity and wish to run them long term. If your doctor won't order it then would it be possible to take a weekend day or a day you have off to travel one state over to a quest diagnostics center? Not sure how concerned you are or how far from state lines you are but that's what I would do.

For example, in your situation I would buy the lab tests I need checked from Ulta labs or a similar service and travel out of state 3-4 times a year to get my blood work checked on a day I don't have to work.

I'll most likely try that coming up during Thanksgiving. Probably gonna try at quest diagnostics with an online order. Hopefully I don't get turned away for my license.

Damn. It takes 4-5 weeks of Dianabol (50mg) to have my enzymes going from 50 to +150. I don't see myself taking an oral for 10 weeks.

That's my main concern. I've run orals up to 10 weeks without issues and standard panels show everything is good and never elevated. But who knows I may be pickling my liver without knowing it.
