You can buy ALA, and Milk Thistle at your supplement store. Or Liv 52 is used often as well. (prescription, or black market).

I use Milk Thistle regularly since I quit drinking 5 years ago however that is more of a healer. I was wondering if anyone knows a good strong dosage for aas. I found the cheapest at Walmart ( Spring Valley 200 for $12.00 175 mg per cap.)
