Ostarine for healing injuries?

I tried it.
Didn't do shit
Dunno if it was bunk
Or didn't do shit
Problems with all that sarms shit is there's no testing protocols and you rely on the seller and his shills to tell you its gtg.

Will second deca for ability to keep training with an injury. I've got partially torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders that flare up from time to time. Cortisone shots were worthless and pain meds were short-lived and too easy to develop a habit on.

100-200mg/week of deca made my joints feel tremendously better and got me where I could do dips again, where I hadn't been able to in years.

SARMS are pretty much trash, thanks for the likes of Dylan Gemelli for hustling that stuff.

I had strained my left bicep some time ago, and could I add deca to the middle of a cycle to help heal this injury?

From the limited research I've done on small doses of it, it does seem to encourage the repair of ligaments, tendons, and even bones. Especially when taken with test.

I have no scientific data to back it up, so everything I'm saying is strictly "bro science", but it made a believer out of me. Within a couple of weeks, I started getting my range of motion back in the bad shoulder at the time. Two weeks later, I found myself doing dips again. Hadn't done a single dip in over 15 years at the point. I'm off the deca, for now, but can do weighted dips with relative ease. If I lower myself back to the ground with elbows flares upwards, I feel that tinge of pain. I try to keep a bench or something else to stand on when I'm finished to minimize the stress and it's working wonders.

The problem with sarms is that they come from China and I suspect that they are dumping the prohormones they are stuck with into these.
I tried rad140. Suppressed me bad and spiked my enzymes up over 130. SARMS aren't supposed to do that.
