Osteo arthritis in my elbow

I've recently had an MRI on my elbow, revealing cartilage erosion, and the cushion being essentially gone.

I have tried bpc with zero results. I have also read the a combination of ghrp with sermorelin can help with arthritis. I do tons of physical therapy movements to help but it seems anything just causes pain and makes it worse.

Does anyone have any anecdotal experiences with arthritis? What did you do/use?

Have you asked your doctor first?
I've talked my doctor yes, I was suggested cortisone shots, and platelet rich plasma injections. Both would have to be out of pocket and most likely ineffective. Wasn't given to many options. Basically, was told I have a chronic issue that will never go away, and that it's irreversible.

I’m glad you asked the doctor first.

My mother has it, she got the shits and she doesn’t seem to get any relief from them. I assume it awaits me also as I age.

For my weight, I use 240mg deca a week and that usually keeps my joints feeling good. But it’s hardly an answer. It may even be unrelated to what you seek.

I'm considering low dose deca or npp to see if it helps. I've been looking into peptides but idk if thats the proper direction I should be moving into.

I’d recommend 2iu HGH per day, and 50-100mg Deca (not NPP) per week. You want stable levels, so water isn’t flushing in and out of that elbow.

I’d frontload the deca (maybe a 200mg shot to start). You should feel max effects within 3-4 weeks.

HGH, be prepared to commit for a lot longer. 6 months to a year minimum before giving up on it.

Here is a comparison of 50mg Deca (blue, split twice per week) vs 100mg NPP (purple) EOD. Deca is more stable and comparable at lower dose:

I've read that gh could make arthritis worse, and create inflammation within joints. I was looking into ghrp instead due to it not having that side effect.

Doesnt GHRP just release growth hormone? Sorry, I have no experience with GH peptides, only HGH.

In any case, HGH has plenty of studies proving cartilage regeneration. Thats why I recommend.

I just looked and see maybe the study you’re talking about, which is rheumatoid arthritis. You don’t have that form, do you? Yours would be osteoarthritis.

I must have missed the rheumatoid specification. In that case, is it worth going over a replacement dose then? Or will I run into problem at 4+ iu of generics? I know the response is individual I would just like to avoid anything that will make it worse.
