This tongue thing works; it's a bit weird at first, but it pulls your tongue out from the back of your throat, opening the airways and preventing you from snoring.

I was going to try the mouth guards that are also apparently solutions, but many people stated their jaws hurt in the morning, and their teeth hurt, and in worse cases, their jaw moved into an overbite over time, since they work by literally moving your lower jaw foward.

I've only done this tongue device for a night, but it did what it claims. I'm gonna give it another try, since you have to find the sweet spot where you're not putting too much suction on tongue making it uncomfortable, so you can sleep at night with it.

I rather use this than wear a full blown mask and spend 1k on a device.

Being that's it only 15 bux, it's worth trying, and if you don't like it, return it.

Hopefully this helps people on here.

How do you know it worked? Did you have a sleep study done before and after? I never knew I had sleep apnea until I had a sleep study done, and found out it was severe with AHI of 85. I rarely even woke up gasping for air, coughing, etc. Also if someone has central sleep apnea that device won't do anything to help. Not being smart at all just saying there is really no way of knowing if something is working or not unless you have a sleep study done, and most often CPAP is the only thing that really works.

i also got a sleep apnea diagnosed in december. I went to the pneumologist because of my heart insufficiency and because sleep apnea can lead to this condition / make it worse and vice versa heart insufficiency can lead to sleep apnea (mainly central sleep apnea).
Got a cpap machine (Airsense 10 APAP) but will maybe get switched to a BiPAP because this is better suited for central sleep apnea.
i would definitely try to get a sleep study done. My AHI was just above 30 which is moderate-severe.

I’ve been wondering if this worked. Thanks to this post I ordered one lol hopefully it helps. Trying to get a sleep study done soon as I stop breathing and choke multiple times a night and haven’t slept good in YEARS. Maybe this will help until o can get a cpap
